The invention discloses a concrete filled steel tube-steel tube vertical mixed structure system, and relates to the field of building structures, in particular to the field of steel structures and steel-concrete composite structures. The structure system comprises a lower floor steel pipe concrete column, an upper floor steel pipe column, a steel pipe concrete-steel pipe conversion column and a steel pipe concrete-steel pipe transition section corner shear connector. The structural system comprises a middle transition method and a whole-layer transition method, and interlayer concrete filled steel tube-steel tube conversion columns exist in the middle transition method. When the device is applied to a building structure, the bearing capacity of the steel frame can be effectively improved, arrangement of supports or shear walls is reduced, and a system is optimized; the lower part is filled with concrete, so that the rigidity, the strength, the deformability and the impact resistance of the column are enhanced, the section sizes of the lower floor steel pipe concrete column and the upper floor steel pipe column are kept consistent, the structural requirement is met without increasing the section of the steel pipe, the section transition procedure is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced. The construction cost is reduced, the engineering construction progress is accelerated, the use area of a building is increased, and the economic value of the building is improved; the anti-explosion, anti-impact and anti-flood capacities of the structure are improved through the concrete filled steel tubular column on the lower portion. The method can be used for optimization design of newly-built steel structures, reinforcement and reconstruction of old steel structure houses and structural post-earthquake repair.
