A green electric traction port parking and sailing system relates to the technical field of port parking devices and comprises a port, a loading and unloading traction table is arranged in the port, a distribution traction table is further arranged at an entrance and an exit of the port, and a guide traction table is further arranged outside the port. The problems that in the prior art, the port area is narrow, ships are dense, and environment pollution is certainly caused by machine operation of a large number of various ships; a ship advances and retreats at a low speed during berthing and offshore, a large amount of energy needs to be consumed, and cost is increased; and when the ship berths in the port and is offshore, the large berthing and sailing time is occupied, the traffic jam in the port is easily caused, and the circulation efficiency of the port is reduced.
