The invention relates to the field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a sulfate-attack-resistant concrete admixture, a preparation method thereof and concrete. The sulfate attack resistant concrete admixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 120 parts of barium carbonate, 90 to 120 parts of barium hydroxide, 80 to 100 parts of hydrotalcite, 50 to 100 parts of fly ash and 50 to 100 parts of mineral powder. According to the sulfate-erosion-resistant concrete admixture provided by the invention, the adsorption effect of the admixture on sulfate ions is improved by adding barium carbonate and barium hydroxide, the sulfate-erosion-resistant performance of concrete is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the doping amount of hydrotalcite is relatively small, and the cost of the admixture is greatly reduced; the hydration activity of the fly ash and the mineral powder is improved by utilizing the strong alkalinity of barium hydroxide, so that the influence of the admixture on the mechanical property of the concrete is relatively small.
