Sulfate-erosion-resistant concrete preservative and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering materials, and particularly discloses a concrete sulfate corrosion resistant preservative and a preparation method thereof. The sulfate corrosion resistant concrete preservative comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 37%-59% of tailing slag, 3%-10% of water glass, 10%-19% of barium salt, 20%-33% of neoprene latex and 1%-2% of latex modifier. The tailing slag comprises tailings of at least one of lithium ore, iron ore, copper ore, chromium ore and manganese ore, and the Si/Ca mass ratio of the tailing slag is 4.0-10.0. The sulfate corrosion resisting preservative has a good sulfate corrosion resisting effect, the sulfate corrosion resisting coefficient of the concrete can reach 0.90 or above by using the sulfate corrosion resisting preservative for the concrete, the sulfate corrosion resisting performance of the concrete is obviously improved, and excessive influence on the mechanical strength of the concrete is avoided.
