Modified amino acid gypsum retarder and preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving 200-500 parts by weight of a protein raw material in 500-1000 parts by weight of water, adding an alkaline substance, keeping the pH value at 8-9, uniformly stirring, and hydrolyzing; s2, introducing 50-200 parts by weight of an acyl halide synthesis raw material into a reaction kettle, and carrying out a reflux reaction; s3, slowly adding the product of S2 into the product of S1, adding an acidic material, and reacting for 30-60 minutes; and S4, carrying out spray drying on the product obtained in S3 to obtain the powdery modified amino acid gypsum retarder. Through the mode, according to the modified amino acid gypsum retarder and the preparation method of the modified amino acid gypsum retarder, the obtained retarder can play an excellent retarding effect with an extremely low mixing amount in gypsum, and the adaptability to gypsum quality fluctuation is good.
本发明公开了一种改性氨基酸类石膏缓凝剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、先将200~500重量份的蛋白质原料溶解于500~1000重量份的水中,加入碱性物质,保持pH值8~9,搅拌均匀,进行水解;S2、将50~200重量份的酰卤合成原料导入反应釜,回流反应;S3、将S2的产物缓慢加入到S1的产物中,添加酸性物质,反应30~60分钟;S4、将S3的产物进行喷雾干燥,得到粉体状的改性氨基酸类石膏缓凝剂。通过上述方式,本发明所述的改性氨基酸类石膏缓凝剂及其制备方法,所得缓凝剂在石膏中极低掺量就能发挥极佳缓凝效果,而且对石膏质量波动的适应性好。
