Organic acid-protein composite gypsum retarder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an organic acid-protein composite gypsum retarder and a preparation method thereof. According to the organic acid-protein composite gypsum retarder, waste leather protein is used as a raw material, organic acid is introduced to regulate the molecular weight of the protein through hydrolysis, and meanwhile, the organic acid is also used as an effective retarding component to form the organic acid-protein composite gypsum retarder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an organic acid solution with waste leather protein powder according to a certain ratio, hydrolyzing protein under an acidic condition until the protein is in a molecular weight range with high retarding efficiency, and carrying out spray drying to remove moisture in the protein so as to prepare the organic acid-protein composite gypsum retarder. The gypsum composite retarder is simple in preparation process, low in energy consumption, low in cost and free of pollution, the synergistic effect of the organic acid and the protein can be brought into full play, and the gypsum retarder has the advantages of being good in solubility, high in stability, free of special smell, good in gypsum retarding effect, small in strength loss and the like and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
