The invention discloses a backfill material prepared from engineering waste slurry and a preparation method thereof, and each cubic meter of the backfill material comprises 350-700 parts by mass of engineering slurry, 30-400 parts by mass of water, 90-150 parts by mass of cement, 172-250 parts by mass of fly ash, 400-500 parts by mass of coarse sand, 200-300 parts by mass of fine stone, 30-96 parts by mass of bentonite, 6.0-6.5 parts by mass of a water reducing agent and 11.5-12 parts by mass of an accelerator. The water content of the engineering slurry is less than 320%. The problems that the engineering waste mud is difficult to treat, and natural backfill materials used for engineering construction backfill are increasingly scarce are solved.
本发明公开了一种利用工程废弃泥浆制备的回填材料及其制备方法,每立方的回填材料包括:350~700质量份的工程泥浆、30~400质量份的水、90~150质量份的水泥、172~250质量份的粉煤灰、400~500质量份的粗砂、200~300质量份的细石、30~96质量份的膨润土、6.0~6.5质量份的减水剂和11.5~12质量份的速凝剂,所述工程泥浆的含水率小于320%。本发明解决了工程废弃泥浆处理难,而工程建设回填所用的天然回填材料越来越稀缺的问题。
