Environment-friendly plastic prefabricated slab and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly plastic prefabricated plate and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of plastic plates. The prefabricated plate is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 120 parts of polyurethane prefabricated sizing material, 28 to 35 parts of elastic filler, 5 to 10 parts of reinforcing filler, 1 to 5 parts of pigment and 1 to 3 parts of additive, the elastic filler is composed of an inner framework core ball and an outer film-coated rubber material layer, the framework core ball is high in strength and provides support for the plastic plate in a large particle form, the compressive strength of the plastic plate is improved, the film-coated rubber material layer is made of a polyethylene material, and when the film-coated rubber material layer is stressed, a polyurethane prefabricated rubber material layer and the film-coated rubber material layer are formed, so that the compressive strength of the plastic plate is improved; the possibility that the framework core ball falls off is reduced through the stress gradient of the framework core ball; the elastic filler takes waste materials such as fly ash, desulfurized gypsum and recycled polyethylene plastic as raw materials, and can relieve environmental pollution when being applied to the plastic prefabricated slab.
