Clamping grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the outer sides of the interiors of the connecting openings, and climbing grooves which are uniformly distributed are formed in the outer sides of the anti-collision flat plates. The anti-collision barrel is arranged to be square, the anti-collision angle wrapping plates can be disassembled, assembled and lengthened through cooperation of the connecting blocks and the connecting openings, the anti-collision barrel can be spliced, the size of the anti-collision barrel can be changed, and therefore the anti-collision barrel can be suitable for iron towers of different sizes; and more complete guarantee can be provided for the iron tower through the anti-collision barrel.
