The invention relates to the technical field of road safety facilities, in particular to a rotary anti-collision barrel which comprises an outer component and an inner component. The inner buffer barrel is rotatably arranged on the outer component in a sleeving manner; the outer buffering barrel is rotatably arranged on the outer component and the connecting structure in a sleeving mode, and the inner buffering barrel and the outer buffering barrel can relatively rotate through the connecting structure; the outer buffering barrel can drive the inner buffering barrel to rotate through the connecting structure in the rotating process. Through the inner buffering barrel and the outer buffering barrel, the connecting structure can be connected with the inner buffering barrel and the outer buffering barrel, the outer buffering barrel rotates after being impacted, and rotation of the outer buffering barrel can convert part of impact energy; the rotation of the outer buffer barrel is beneficial to changing the driving direction of the vehicle. When the outer buffering barrel is damaged, under the action of the connecting structure, the inner buffering barrel can still continue to rotate, impact energy can be efficiently converted into rotating energy, impact loads can be borne, integrity can be kept, and energy can be continuously and efficiently absorbed and buffered.
