The free ends of the first steel pipe and the third steel pipe on the same side of the mirror symmetry plane are jointly hinged with one of the supporting steel plates; the device can be assembled and manufactured by adopting on-site common pipe waste materials assisted by high-strength shear bolts, is low in cost and convenient to use and operate, not only reduces the cost, but also shortens the construction period, and can be reused.
