Pressure regulating and filtering device applied to water-cooled frequency converter
The invention provides a pressure regulating and filtering device and system applied to a water-cooled frequency converter. The device is sequentially provided with a filter, a pressure regulating valve used for regulating the pressure of filtered water flow and a three-way connecting piece in the fluid inlet direction. The filter comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, the fluid enters the filter through the water inlet to be filtered, and the fluid enters the pressure regulating valve through the water outlet of the filter. Fluid subjected to pressure regulation enters a first connector of a three-way connecting piece and enters the water-cooling frequency converter through a third connector of the three-way connecting piece, and a pressure collecting unit is further arranged on a second connector of the three-way connecting piece. The device provided by the invention solves the problems that a cooling pipeline or a cooling plate of a water-cooling frequency converter is easy to damage due to higher water flow pressure and the cooling pipeline is blocked due to poor water quality in practical application due to higher water flow pressure and poor water quality in secondary water supply equipment.
本发明提供一种应用于水冷变频器的调压过滤装置及系统,述装置沿进流体方向依次设置有过滤器、用于调节过滤后的水流压力的调压阀以及三通连接件;所述过滤器包括进水口和出水口,所述流体通过所述进水口进入所述过滤器进行过滤,所述流体通过所述过滤器的出水口进入所述调压阀,经调压后的流体进入三通连接件的第一接口并通过所述三通连接件的第三接口进入到所述水冷变频器,所述三通连接件的第二接口上还设置有压力采集单元。本发明提供的装置解决了二次供水设备中的水流存在压力较大和水质不良,导致在实际应用中水冷变频器存在容易因水流压力较大造成冷却管道或冷却板损坏以及因水质不良导致冷却管道堵塞的问题。
