One side of the mixing bin is sleeved with a dosing mixing assembly, and inner sleeves are arranged on one sides of the two ends of the top of the movable base; through mutual cooperation of a cleaning agent box, a flow guide pipe, a stirring rod, a mixing bin, a spring, a cam, a push rod, a one-way valve, a movable rod, a piston and a sleeve, when the device needs to add a cleaning agent into sprayed water flow, only the stirring rod needs to be rotated through a crank; the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent box can be intermittently extracted and added into the water flow flowing in the mixing bin, and meanwhile, the cleaning agent and the water flow can be stirred through rotation of the stirring rod, so that the cleaning agent and the water flow are uniformly mixed.
