Through the arrangement of the height adjusting disc, the adjusting screw rod, the adjusting nut, the connecting flange plate and the recyclable spiral anchor rod, installation is convenient and fast, efficiency is high, time is saved, by loosening the adjusting nut, the height of the adjusting screw rod can be adjusted, the position between the height adjusting disc and the connecting flange plate is determined, and then the adjusting nut can be locked; and then the recyclable spiral anchor rod is screwed into the foundation, so that the installation operation can be carried out.
