The invention relates to the technical field of building decoration, in particular to a combined door decoration column which comprises an upper fixing column, a lower fixing column and two or more deformation columns located between the upper fixing column and the lower fixing column. Each deformation column comprises an upper stabilizing part, a lower stabilizing part, a screw rod, a decorative sleeve, a limiting rod and a nut seat, the decorative sleeve is connected between the upper stabilizing part and the lower stabilizing part, one end of the screw rod is rotationally connected with the upper stabilizing part, and the other end of the screw rod is rotationally connected with the lower stabilizing part; an ejector rod is further arranged on the nut seat and used for abutting against one side of the interior of the decorative sleeve; the deformation column located on the uppermost side is rotationally connected with the upper fixing column through the lead screw of the deformation column, the deformation column located on the lowermost side is rotationally connected with the lower fixing column through the lead screw of the deformation column, and the lead screw of one deformation column can drive the lead screw of the other adjacent deformation column to rotate together. According to the scheme of the invention, the decorative sleeve can form a convex shape at any position in the circumferential direction.
