To provide a door decoration installation method that enables caregivers and the elderly to easily identify their rooms in which they reside in a nursing home or elderly care facility.SOLUTION: A door decoration installation method is to apply a sheet member 1 printed with an image 40 pertaining to a door that is different from a door 30 to be decorated to one or both of the surface and the back of the door 30 to be decorated separating the inside and outside of a room. The image 40 including a door or an entrance gate at a home of an elderly person or the like is available as the image 40. The door decoration installation method has a sheet member preparation process 50 in which the image 40 is printed on the sheet member 1, and an application process 51 in which the sheet member 1 with the print applied is attached to one or both of the surface and back of the door 30 to be decorated. In the sheet member preparation process 50, printing is performed by adjusting the size of the image 40 to match the area defined by the size of the door 30 to be decorated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】介護施設や高齢者施設において要介護者や高齢者が、容易に居住先の部屋を識別可能にするドア装飾施工方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ドア装飾施工方法は、部屋内外を隔てる装飾対象ドア３０の表面、及び裏面のいずれか一方又は双方に対して、装飾対象ドア３０とは異なる他のドアに係る画像４０が印刷されたシート材１を貼り付けるものである。画像４０は、高齢者等の自宅に設けられたドア又は玄関の門扉を含む画像４０とすることができる。ドア装飾施工方法は、画像４０をシート材１に対して印刷するシート材準備工程５０と、印刷が施されたシート材１を、装飾対象ドア３０の表面及び裏面のいずれか一方又は双方に貼り付ける貼付工程５１とを有する。シート材準備工程５０では、装飾対象ドア３０の大きさに応じて規定される領域にあわせて画像４０の大きさを調整して印刷が行われる。【選択図】図１
