The invention relates to a preparation method of a functional integrated carbon fiber cylindrical high-temperature thermal insulation material, which belongs to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and comprises the following steps: filler preparation, filler dipping, winding forming, curing, high-temperature carbonization, processing shaping, coating and sintering. According to the invention, a gradient density control method is utilized to solve the problem of interlayer cracking of fabrics such as carbon fiber felts and carbon fiber cloth made of different materials after heat treatment in the mixed winding use process; compared with a mainstream high-temperature purification furnace (especially a monocrystalline silicon ingot furnace), the high-temperature purification furnace does not use a carbon-carbon composite material as a supporting and protecting inner cylinder any more, so that more cost is saved; and compared with a traditional cylindrical felt fixing product, the service life is more than three times of that of the traditional cylindrical felt fixing product, and the service life is longer.
本发明涉及一种功能一体化的碳纤维筒形高温隔热材料的制备方法,属于隔热材料技术领域,包括以下步骤:填料配制、填料浸渍、卷绕成型、固化、高温碳化、加工定型、涂层、烧结。本发明利用梯度密度控制的方法解决了不同材质的碳纤维毡、碳纤维布等织物在混合卷绕使用过程中热处理后层间开裂的问题;相较于主流的高温纯化炉(特别是单晶硅铸锭炉)不再使用碳碳复材作为支撑及保护的内筒,更节省成本;相较于传统的筒形固毡产品,是其三倍以上的使用寿命,寿命更长。
