Feedback adjusting method for roadbed vibration compaction
The invention provides a feedback regulation method for roadbed vibration compaction, which comprises the following steps: in a roadbed compaction process by using a vibratory roller, acquiring acceleration response data of a vibrating wheel of the roller under the current times based on a data acquisition device, and forming a construction quality database. Secondly, the construction database under the current number of times is analyzed and processed, a roadbed compaction quality and state distribution model under the current number of times is obtained, and whether the current number of times of compaction reaches a stable state on the roadbed or not is judged. And finally, for the region which does not reach the stable state, calculating road roller recommended working parameters of each region in the next side compaction process according to the roadbed compaction quality distribution state distribution model, and forming feedback adjustment parameters and schemes. On the basis of the steps and the method, on-site compaction operation can be analyzed and controlled in real time, so that it is guaranteed that the optimal compaction efficiency is achieved, and the construction efficiency and quality are improved.
本发明提供了一种路基振动压实的反馈调节方法,使用振动压路机进行路基压实施工过程中,基于数据采集装置采集当前遍数下的压路机振动轮的加速度响应数据,形成施工质量数据库。其次对当前遍数下的施工数据库进行分析处理,得出当前遍数下路基压实质量和状态分布模型,并判断当前压实遍数在路基是否达到稳定状态。最后针对未达到稳定状态的区域,根据路基压实质量分布状态分布模型计算出下一边压实过程中各区域的压路机推荐工作参数,形成反馈调节参数与方案。基于以上步骤与方法,可实时对现场压实作业进行分析控制,以保证达到最佳的压实效率,提高施工效率与质量。
