One or more embodiments of the invention provide a method and a device for reinforcing backfill soil in a limited space by using grouted moso bamboo. The method comprises the following steps: leveling a construction site; moso bamboos of a certain specification are selected, all bamboo joints in the moso bamboos are broken through, and a plurality of grouting holes are evenly formed in bamboo bodies; the processed moso bamboos are hit into a soil layer to be reinforced through a handheld vibrator; the top ends of the moso bamboos are blocked through balance weight plugs with grouting pipes; the grouting pipes at the top ends of all the moso bamboos are connected together, and one-time combined grouting is conducted on all the moso bamboos; and after grout overflows from the ground, grouting is finished, and the counterweight plug is lifted. According to the method, backfill soil in a limited space can be reinforced, construction is flexible, moso bamboos are inserted firstly, then combined grouting is conducted on all the moso bamboos at a time, due to the fact that each grouting hole generates grouting pressure at the same time, the pressure is balanced, hole channeling of grout due to pressure difference is avoided, grouting is more uniform, the grouting speed is higher, and the grouting efficiency is improved. And after grouting, the compactness of backfilled soil can be improved, and settlement after soil engineering backfilling is reduced.
