Method for reinforcing deep backfill foundation through deep grouting and steel pipe piles
The invention belongs to the technical field of deep backfill soil reinforcement, discloses a method for reinforcing a deep backfill foundation by using deep grouting and steel pipe piles, and aims to solve the problem of settlement caused by the fact that deep backfill soil below cannot be reinforced through the steel pipe piles due to the fact that the steel pipe piles cannot transmit loads to deep backfill soil bodies below 9m. The method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring and setting out to determine the position of a pile hole; (2) a drilling machine is in place; (3) drilling a hole by a drilling machine to form a pile hole; (4) a grouting pipe is lowered into the pile hole; (5) steel pipe piles are implanted into the pile holes; (6) filling the steel pipe pile with granite; (7) pouring to the lower pile hole through a grouting pipe; and (8) pouring the steel pipe pile. According to the deep backfill soil reinforcement device, deep backfill soil located on the lower portion can be reinforced, the problem that the steel pipe pile cannot reinforce the deep backfill soil located on the lower portion is solved, and therefore it is ensured that the backfill soil at all the depth positions of the deep backfill soil can be reinforced, and the reinforcement requirement of a deep backfill foundation is met.
