Vacuum surcharge water preloading method
The invention discloses a vacuum surcharge water preloading method which comprises the following steps: (1) surveying and setting out, and laying main and branch water filtering and draining pipes; (2) laying an upper sand cushion layer; (3) laying a polyvinyl chloride film; a polyvinyl chloride film is laid on the top face of the sand cushion layer and isolated from the atmosphere, and the periphery of the film is buried in soil; (4) constructing a sealing ditch and setting a measurement mark; (5) installing a vacuum pump, and vacuumizing, pre-pressing and solidifying the soil layer; (6) high-quality cohesive soil is used for building a cofferdam on the thin film, and water is pumped and injected into the cofferdam for weight loading; (7) setting a settlement observation pile; (8) settlement observation and analysis; and (9) unloading the surcharge water. The vacuum surcharge water preloading method is improved on the basis of a vacuum combined surcharge preloading method, surcharge soil is replaced with water, loading and unloading are facilitated, the property of soft soil is improved, the consolidation rate is increased, the construction period and cost are saved, materials are convenient to take, time is saved, and economic benefits are high.
本发明公开了一种真空堆载水预压方法,包括以下步骤:(1)测量放线,铺设主支滤排水管;(2)铺设上层砂垫层;(3)铺设聚氯乙烯薄膜;在砂垫层顶面铺设聚氯乙烯薄膜,使其与大气隔绝,薄膜四周埋入土中;(4)施工密封沟并设置测量标志;(5)安装真空泵,抽真空预压固结土层;(6)用优质黏性土在薄膜上垒筑围堰,并且抽水注入围堰进行加载重量;(7)沉降观测桩设置;(8)沉降观测分析;(9)堆载水卸载。该真空堆载水预压方法在真空联合堆载预压法的基础上做了改进,将堆载土换成水,便于加载卸载,提高了软土的性质,加快固结速率,节省工期及费用,取材方便,节省时间,经济效益高。
