The arc-shaped curved surface of the curved surface body is of a wing-like structure; the front surface, opposite to the water flow direction, of the curved surface body is a convex arc-shaped surface, the rear surface, opposite to the water flow direction, of the curved surface body is a concave arc-shaped surface, the concave arc-shaped surface is an arc-shaped gradually-shrinking surface, and the length of the convex arc-shaped surface is smaller than that of the arc-shaped gradually-shrinking surface.
