Method for dredging drainage pipeline through dry ice micro-explosion
The invention provides a method for dredging a drainage pipeline by adopting dry ice micro-explosion, which comprises the following steps: step 1, assembling and connecting a dry ice cleaning machine; step 2, lowering and walking the dry ice cleaning machine in the pipeline; step 3, carrying out dry ice micro-explosion cleaning on a to-be-dredged pipe section: controlling the dry ice cleaning machine to walk to a to-be-dredged part through a ground console, and carrying out dry ice micro-explosion cleaning on the to-be-dredged pipe section; the air compressor and the dry ice storage machine are started, dry ice particles enter the dry ice cleaning machine through the rubber hose and are sprayed to the inner surface of the pipeline through a dry ice nozzle of the dry ice cleaning machine, dry ice absorbs heat to generate micro-explosion, the micro-explosion force of the dry ice is utilized to enable deposits to be separated from the inner surface of the pipeline, and therefore the purpose of dredging is achieved. And the whole process is operated on the ground, operation is convenient, manual well descending is not needed, and the personal safety of workers is guaranteed.
