The invention discloses a blocking process for a reserved hole in a concrete outer wall of a building. The blocking process comprises the following steps that preparation is conducted, the reserved hole is formed in a wall body, a tongue-and-groove is formed in the front end of the reserved hole, then a prefabricated plate is manufactured, a plurality of inhaul cables are arranged on the prefabricated plate, and in addition, a sealing plate is manufactured; mounting and reinforcing are conducted, the prefabricated plate is embedded into the tongue-and-groove in a matched mode so that the prefabricated plate can block the front end of the reserved hole, the rear end of the reserved hole is covered with a sealing plate, an inhaul cable on the prefabricated plate penetrates through the sealing plate and is connected with a back ridge, the back ridge abuts against the sealing plate, and a sprue gate is formed between the sealing plate and the rear end of the reserved hole; pouring is conducted, specifically, concrete is poured from the pouring opening, and the reserved hole is filled with the concrete; and dismantling: dismantling the sealing plate after final setting of the concrete, chiseling away redundant concrete at the position of the sprue gate, repairing and polishing, and watering and maintaining for 14 days.
