Novel laminated slab construction method
The invention provides a novel laminated slab construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) pre-burying an anchorage device with a screw rod in a prefabricated slab, and pouring concrete; (2) a first gasket and a nut are sequentially screwed into the corresponding height of a screw rod, then H-shaped steel is installed through the screw rod, and then a second gasket and the nut are sequentially screwed into the screw rod; (3) demolding the prefabricated slab; (4) transporting the prefabricated slab to a site; (5) in the installation process of the prefabricated slab on the construction site, supports are arranged below the ends of the two sides of the prefabricated slab firstly, and then the prefabricated slab is placed on the supports; (6) concrete is poured to the designed elevation, and a cast-in-place concrete layer is formed; (7) after the cast-in-place concrete layer is formed, the H-shaped steel is dismantled, transferred and recycled; and (8) cutting and recycling the exposed screw rod. The traditional truss ribs are replaced through cooperation of the anchorage devices, the H-shaped steel, the nuts and other structures, the number of plate bottom supports can be greatly reduced, meanwhile, the H-shaped steel can be repeatedly used, and low carbon of buildings is achieved.
本发明提供了一种新型叠合板施工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在预制板内预埋带有旋丝螺杆的锚具,浇筑混凝土;(2)将第一道垫片和螺母依次旋入旋丝螺杆相应高度处,然后通过旋丝螺杆安装H型钢,再依次旋入第二道垫片、螺母;(3)预制板脱模;(4)将预制板运至现场;(5)在施工现场预制板安装过程中,先将预制板两边端部下方设置支撑,然后将预制板放置其上;(6)浇筑混凝土至设计标高处,形成现浇混凝土层;(7)待现浇混凝土层成型后,拆除H型钢并转运回收;(8)对裸露的旋丝螺杆进行切割回收。本发明通过锚具、H型钢和螺母等结构的配合来取代传统桁架筋作用,可大幅减少板底支撑的数量,同时H型钢可重复利用,实现建筑低碳。
