The invention discloses a construction method of a concrete laminated slab, and relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings, and the construction method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a bearing frame with an adjusting assembly in a prefabricating yard, and connecting a pulling assembly to the adjusting assembly in a threaded manner; hoisting the supporting frame with the tie assembly to a manufacturing platform, manufacturing a first concrete slab, and prefabricating a part of structure of the tie assembly in the first concrete slab; the bearing frame and the first concrete slab which is solidified and formed and reaches the design strength are hoisted to the building main body; a second concrete plate is manufactured on the first concrete plate, and the tying assembly penetrates through the second concrete plate during manufacturing; the adjusting assembly is screwed to adjust the down-warping first concrete slab to be flat; and after the second concrete slab is solidified and formed to reach the design strength and forms a stress main body with the first concrete slab and the pulling assembly, the bearing frame is disassembled. The problem that temporary supports are additionally arranged in the construction process is solved, time and labor are saved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction difficulty and the building cost are reduced.
