Web member reinforced upper-chord-free open-web flat truss composite floor system
The web member reinforced type upper-chord-free open-web flat truss composite floor system comprises a floor system body and an open-web flat truss, the open-web flat truss comprises a plurality of web members and lower chord members, concrete is poured into a floor slab and the web members, the concrete at the two positions is poured at the same time, a top plate is arranged at the top of each web member, and each top plate is a square annular plate; vertical steel bars and stirrups are arranged in the web members, the tops of the vertical steel bars penetrate through the top plate to be bent and stretch into the space between two preset reinforcement layers of the floor slab, the stirrups are arranged in the web members at equal intervals, studs are arranged on the peripheral edges of the top plate and the tops of the lower chords, and stiffening plates are arranged at the connecting joints of the lower chords and the web members. The open-web flat truss is not provided with a steel upper chord, and the floor bears the role of the upper chord of the open-web flat truss and resists pressure caused by bending of the truss; the web members of the open-web flat trusses are reinforced in a manner of internally pouring concrete, so that the shear bearing capacity of the web members of the open-web trusses is obviously increased, and the bearing capacity of the whole floor system is further improved.
本发明公开了一种腹杆加强型无上弦空腹扁桁架组合楼盖,包括楼盖和空腹扁桁架,空腹扁桁架包括多个腹杆和下弦杆,楼板和腹杆内部皆浇筑有混凝土,且两处混凝土同时浇筑,每个腹杆顶部皆设置有一块顶板,顶板为方形环板,腹杆内部设置有竖向钢筋和箍筋,竖向钢筋的顶部穿过顶板弯折并伸入楼板预设的两层配筋层之间,箍筋于腹杆内部等间距设置,顶板的四周边缘和下弦杆顶部皆设置有栓钉,下弦杆和腹杆连接节点处设置有加劲板,本发明空腹扁桁架不设钢上弦杆,楼板承担空腹扁桁架“上弦”的角色,抵抗由桁架受弯引起的压力;空腹扁桁架的腹杆采用内灌混凝土的方式予以加强,以显著增加该空腹桁架的腹杆抗剪承载力,进而提高整个楼盖的承载力。
