Fully-assembled semi-buried top chord steel truss-concrete composite floor
The invention relates to the technical field of composite floors, in particular to a fully-assembled semi-buried top chord steel truss-concrete composite floor which comprises a plurality of semi-buried top chord steel truss-concrete composite floor bodies (composite floor bodies for short) which are sequentially installed. The composite floor slab comprises a reinforced concrete slab and a steel truss, and the reinforced concrete slab and the steel truss are connected through a shear connector (PBL for short). The steel truss comprises an upper chord member, a web member and a lower chord member which are semi-buried in the concrete slab. Every two adjacent composite floor slabs are connected through a rod piece in the direction perpendicular to the slab joints, and bidirectional stress of the whole floor system is achieved. In the invention, the whole floor system is formed by sequentially arranging and connecting a plurality of composite floor slabs, so that the bidirectional stress of the whole floor system is realized by the mounting rod pieces perpendicular to the slab joint direction, and the problems of large structure dead weight, resource waste and the like caused by thicker floor slabs, larger beam sections and smaller beam-column distance between primary and secondary beams in the prior art of a building warehouse are solved.
本发明涉及组合楼盖技术领域,具体为一种全装配半埋式上弦杆钢桁架‑混凝土组合楼板,包括顺序安装的若干块半埋式上弦杆钢桁架‑混凝土组合楼板(简称组合楼板)。所述组合楼板包括钢筋混凝土板和钢桁架,二者采用一种抗剪连接件(Perfobond Leiste,简称PBL)连接。所述钢桁架包括半埋于混凝土板里的上弦杆、腹杆和下弦杆。相邻两块所述组合楼板之间在垂直于板缝方向通过杆件进行连接,实现整体楼盖的双向受力。本发明中,楼盖整体采用多块所述组合楼板顺序布置后连接组成,因此,垂直于板缝方向的安装杆件实现整体楼盖的双向受力,解决了楼房仓现有技术中楼板较厚、梁截面较大、主次梁的梁柱距较小而导致的结构自重较大、资源浪费等问题。
