The invention belongs to the field of buildings, and particularly relates to a construction method of a novel fully-prefabricated constructional column, which comprises the following steps of: stacking a plurality of prefabricated blocks to a mounting position one by one from bottom to top on a construction site, welding and fixing the adjacent prefabricated blocks or connecting the adjacent prefabricated blocks through connecting assemblies, and connecting the lowest prefabricated block with a lower-end main body structure through expansion bolts, and the precast block at the uppermost end is connected with the upper end main body structure through an expansion bolt. All the prefabricated blocks are connected through the connection assemblies or fixed through welding, the prefabricated constructional column is subjected to complete dry operation without pouring, the conditions of poor environment and material waste caused by wet operation are avoided, and the concept of green construction is met.
