The invention discloses an assembly type structure building door and window fixing mechanism which comprises two H-shaped steel frames and two n-shaped beam frames, prefabricated wall plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the two H-shaped steel frames, and positioning guide columns are inserted in the middles of the interiors of the two H-shaped steel frames; second positioning pieces are arranged at the tops and the bottoms of the outer sides of the two sets of positioning guide columns. Through structural cooperation of the H-shaped steel frame, a prefabricated wall plate of a door and window frame can be installed on the side wall of the H-shaped steel frame, the n-shaped beam frame matched with the H-shaped steel frame structure is fixedly connected with the prefabricated wall plate in a clamped mode, and therefore a door and window installing and fixing frame is formed, and assembly structures can be rapidly spliced into a whole; and through contact positioning of the H-shaped steel frames, the H-shaped structures of the prefabricated wall plates and the n-shaped structures of the n-shaped beam frames, the door and window mounting frames are mutually staggered in a transverse row and a vertical row, and the compactness and stability between the structures are greatly improved.
