The invention discloses a rail line gantry hoisting device and a group hoisting system, the device comprises a gantry crane, and the gantry crane further comprises a cross beam; the sliding frames are movably arranged at the left end and the right end of the cross beam respectively and can transversely move along the cross beam so as to adjust the transverse span of the gantry crane; the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the cross beam, located between the two sliding frames and capable of transversely moving along the cross beam so as to adjust the hoisting position of the turnout; the supporting legs are arranged below the two sliding frames respectively and can stretch out and draw back in the vertical direction so as to adjust the distance between the cross beam and the roadbed. The hoisting mechanism is provided with a first distance sensor, and the first distance sensor is used for obtaining the distance between the hoisting mechanism and the supporting leg so as to achieve alignment of the transverse positions when the multiple gantry cranes hoist the turnout. The technical problems that an existing group crane control system is single in function, low in synchronous control precision, lack of consistency control over the final position of each crane and loads in the operation process and inconvenient to operate and maintain can be solved.
