The embodiment of the application provides a hoisting device and hoisting equipment for a ballastless track, relates to ballastless track plate maintenance equipment, and aims at solving the problem that in the related art, due to a truck crane and special hoisting equipment, track plates are difficult to replace in narrow tunnels, bridge sections and other areas. The hoisting device for the ballastless track comprises a longitudinal moving mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism and a vertical lifting mechanism; the longitudinal moving mechanism is used for being installed on a longitudinalbeam of a frame arranged on a ballastless track in a striding mode and driving a track plate to move in a longitudinal direction of the ballastless track; the transverse moving mechanism is installedon the longitudinal moving mechanism and used for driving the track plate to move in a transverse direction of the ballastless track; and the vertical lifting mechanism is mounted on the transverse moving mechanism, is used for lifting the track plate and is used for driving the track plate to vertically move along the ballastless track.
