The invention discloses a double-phase-change self-temperature-regulating material for an asphalt pavement and a use method. The composite double-phase-change material is prepared by compounding the following raw materials in parts by weight. 5%-20% of a high-temperature composite phase change material; 5%-20% of a low-temperature composite phase change material; the high-temperature composite phase-change material and the low-temperature composite phase-change material are composite materials formed by compounding polyether compounds and carbon materials, the mass of carbon material carriers in the two composite phase-change materials accounts for 6%-10% of the total mass of the composite materials, and the colors of the two composite phase-change materials are black. The required raw materials have the characteristics of low carbon, environment friendliness, wide source, low market price and the like, the preparation process of the composite double-phase-change material is simple, the experimental conditions are mild, large-scale preparation instruments are not needed, and industrialization is easy to realize. Besides, a large number of researches prove that the obtained composite double-phase-change material can effectively prolong the heating/cooling rate of an asphalt mixture, reduce the occurrence of asphalt pavement diseases and prolong the service life of the pavement.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面用双相变自调温材料及使用方法,采用以下原料及其重量份配比复配得到一种复合双相变材料。高温复合相变材料:5%~20%;低温复合相变材料:5%~20%;上述的高温复合相变材料和低温复合相变材料均为聚醚类化合物与碳素材料复合而成的复合材料,两种复合相变材料中碳素材料载体质量均占复合材料总质量的6%~10%,两种复合相变材料颜色均为黑色。本发明所需原料具有低碳环保、来源广泛,市场价格低廉等特点,复合双相变材料的制备工艺简单,实验条件温和,不需要大型制备仪器,易于实现产业化。此外,经过大量的研究证实,得到的复合双相变材料可以有效延沥青混合料的升/降温速率,减少沥青路面病害的产生,提高路面的使用寿命。
