The invention relates to the field of traffic pavement materials, in particular to a composite phase-change temperature-adjusting material for an asphalt pavement and a preparation method of the composite phase-change temperature-adjusting material. The composite phase-change temperature-adjusting material is prepared from a carrier material inorganic mineral adsorption material, a phase-change material polyethylene glycol 2000 and a packaging material, the packaging material is prepared from epoxy resin, a curing agent, a diluent and a gel material, and after the composite shape-stabilized phase-change material is prepared, the composite phase-change temperature-adjusting material for the asphalt pavement is obtained through packaging and maintenance. The prepared composite shape-stabilized phase change material is good in sealing performance, excellent in thermal stability and thermal conductivity, good in compatibility with asphalt and high in cohesiveness. When being applied to the asphalt pavement, the asphalt mixture can obviously reduce the pavement surface temperature, inhibit the volatilization of harmful gases in asphalt, improve the high-temperature performance, realize the cooling effect and relieve the urban heat island effect, and is beneficial to the environment-friendly sustainable development of the asphalt pavement.
本发明涉及交通路面材料领域,具体涉及一种沥青路面用复合相变调温材料及其制备方法。该复合相变调温材料由载体材料无机矿物吸附材料、相变材料聚乙二醇2000、封装材料制成,其中,封装材料由环氧树脂、固化剂、稀释剂、凝胶材料制成,制备得到复合定形相变材料后,经过封装,再进行养护得到所需的沥青路面用复合相变调温材料。所制备的复合定形相变材料密封性好,热稳定性能与导热性能优异,与沥青的兼容性好,粘结性高。将其应用在沥青路面可以显著降低路表温度,抑制沥青有害气体的挥发,提升高温性能,实现降温功效,缓解城市热岛效应,有利于沥青路面环保持续性发展。
