The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a sulfur-pyrite composite denitrification filler, the sulfur-pyrite composite denitrification filler comprises a glass reactor and a composite filler, the glass reactor is filled with sulfur particles (SAD), a sulfur and pyrite stack (SPAD) and a sulfur-pyrite composite filler (HDEN), the composite filler is formed by mixing sulfur powder, pyrite powder, gelatinized starch and water, the sulfur powder and the pyrite powder can serve as electron donors, the gelatinized starch serves as a binding agent, and the sulfur-pyrite composite denitrification filler HDEN1 and the sulfur-pyrite composite denitrification filler HDEN2 are successfully prepared. Sulfur powder and pyrite powder are fused together through extrusion granulation, so that not only can in-situ acid-base neutralization be realized, but also the yield of sulfate radicals in the system can be greatly reduced.
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,具体公开了一种硫‑黄铁矿复合反硝化填料的制备方法,包括玻璃制反应器和复合填料,所述玻璃制反应器内分别填充硫磺颗粒(SAD)、硫磺和黄铁矿堆叠(SPAD)以及硫‑黄铁矿复合填料(HDEN),所述复合填料由硫磺粉末、黄铁矿粉末、糊化淀粉和水混合而成,可以硫磺粉末和黄铁矿粉末为电子供体、糊化淀粉为粘结剂,成功制备了两种硫‑黄铁矿复合反硝化填料HDEN1和HDEN2,本发明采用糊化淀粉作为粘结剂,通过挤压造粒将硫磺粉末和黄铁矿粉末融合在一起,不仅能实现原位酸碱中和,还能极大降低系统内的硫酸根产量。
