Denitrification filler and application thereof
The invention relates to a denitrification filler and application thereof. In order to solve the problems that the existing denitrification filler for sewage treatment is low in total nitrate nitrogen removal efficiency, the mechanical strength cannot meet the requirement of a wetland system, and the denitrification filler is unstable in structure and easy to pulverize, the invention provides a denitrification filler which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-10% of zero-valent iron powder, 20-60% of sulfur powder and 10-50% of kaolin; 10-50% of pottery clay; 0.05-0.5% of quartz sand; and 2-8% of an inorganic adhesive. The denitrification filler disclosed by the invention has high removal efficiency on total nitrate nitrogen and has small influence on dissolved oxygen (DO) in the whole denitrification process; the denitrification filler disclosed by the invention is high in mechanical strength, and the filler at the lower layer does not deform when the stacking height reaches more than 1m; and the denitrification filler disclosed by the invention is good in structural stability, and can still keep a complete structure without an obvious pulverization phenomenon along with continuous slow release of sulfur and iron when being in flowing water for a long time, so that the service life of a sewage treatment system can be prolonged, and the maintenance cost can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种脱氮填料及其应用。为了解决现有用于污水处理的脱氮填料对硝态氮总氮去除效率不高、机械强度无法满足湿地系统、结构不稳定易粉化的问题,本发明提供一种脱氮填料,按质量百分比计,所述脱氮填料的原料包括1~10%的零价铁粉,20~60%的硫磺粉,10~50%的高岭土;10~50%的陶土;0.05~0.5%的石英砂;2~8%的无机胶粘剂。本发明的脱氮填料对硝态氮总氮去除效率高且对整体脱氮过程溶解氧(DO)影响较小;本发明的脱氮填料机械强度高,堆叠高度达到1m多时下层填料也不会发生形变;本发明的脱氮填料结构稳定性好,长时间处于流动水体中且随着硫和铁的持续缓释依然能够保持完整的结构而不发生明显的粉化现象,因此能够延长污水处理系统使用寿命并降低维护成本。
