Preparation method of silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material based on regulation and control of infiltration preform pore structure
The invention relates to a preparation method of a silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material based on regulation and control of an infiltration preform pore structure, which comprises the following steps: (1) impregnating fiber cloth in silicon carbide slurry and taking out to obtain a fiber impregnated sheet, and then carrying out cutting, drying, pressurized curing and first pyrolysis treatment to obtain a preform; (2) mixing organic resin, a pore-forming agent and a solvent to obtain pore-forming slurry; (3) carrying out vacuum impregnation on the obtained preform in pore-forming slurry, taking out the preform, and carrying out curing and secondary pyrolysis treatment to obtain an infiltration preform; and (4) embedding the obtained infiltration preform with silicon powder or/and silicon alloy powder, and carrying out reactive sintering to obtain the silicon carbide ceramic-based composite material.
本发明涉及一种基于熔渗预制体孔隙结构调控的碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料的制备方法,包括:(1)将纤维布浸渍于碳化硅浆料中并取出,得到纤维浸渍片后再经裁剪、烘干、加压固化和第一次热解处理,得到预成型体;(2)将有机树脂、造孔剂和溶剂混合后,得到造孔浆料;(3)将所得预成型体真空浸渍在造孔浆料中并取出,再经固化和第二次热解处理,得到熔渗预制体;(4)采用硅粉或/和硅合金粉包埋所得熔渗预制体,经反应烧结,得到所述碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料。
