Highway-crossing-railway bridge detection vehicle and detection method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge detection, in particular to a highway-crossing-railway bridge detection vehicle which comprises a walking assembly movably hung at the bottom of a bridge body and a vehicle body assembly fixedly arranged at the lower end of the walking assembly. The vehicle body assembly is provided with a beam body detection device for full-coverage detection of a bridge beam body and a distance measurement device for measuring the distance between the vehicle body assembly and the top face of the railway contact network. The vehicle body assembly further comprises a box body connected with the walking assembly and a bottom supporting frame arranged at the lower end of the box body, and the outer side of the box body and the outer side of the bottom supporting frame are both wrapped with insulators. The system is suitable for a highway-crossing-railway bridge with a narrow navigation clearance, can carry out full-coverage detection on the bridge, and has a safety early warning function and an anti-electromagnetic radiation function at the same time. The invention further discloses a detection method of the iron-crossing bridge detection vehicle.
