The invention discloses a pine pile protection device with an automatic positioning system and a supporting method. The pine pile protection device comprises moving equipment, a pile pressing module and the automatic positioning system. The GPS satellite positioning antenna is used for positioning coordinate information of the current position of the pile pressing equipment; the pine pile diameter measuring equipment is used for measuring current pine pile diameter information; the GPS satellite attitude correction antenna is used for positioning current coordinate information; and the display and control module displays that the current position of the pile pressing equipment is marked as a directed icon according to the current coordinate information positioned by the GPS satellite attitude correction antenna and the current coordinate information positioned by the GPS satellite positioning antenna. An automatic positioning system and pile pressing mechanical equipment are combined, professional measuring personnel do not need to hold equipment for measurement and lofting, and a large number of workers do not need to carry out point marking after lofting on a soft soil foundation through quick lime or carry out river pine pile supporting line position marking through a measuring rope.
