A nut of the tightening part rotates clockwise to control a clamping part of the tightening part to unfold and then move upwards to tighten the T-shaped flange to fix the T-shaped flange in a wash basin fixing hole, so that the faucet can be operated and mounted on the front side of the wash basin without being mounted at the bottom of the wash basin by an installer; the fixing device can be installed and fixed only by rotating the tightening nut clockwise, the convenience and firmness of faucet installation are improved, stability is high, the structure is stable, and the problems that when an existing faucet is installed, space is limited, the installation difficulty is large, the installation speed is not high enough, installation is inconvenient, or the faucet needs to be drilled to the bottom of a wash basin to be installed are solved.
