The invention discloses a light steel keel and surface layer reinforced aluminum alloy facing sandwich polyphenyl foamed ceramic composite wallboard and a manufacturing method. The composite wallboard is composed of a foamed ceramic board, a reinforcing mesh, a steel wire mesh fiber cement mortar surface layer, a light steel keel, a polyphenyl board and a decorative aluminum alloy board. The interior of the foamed ceramic is of an independent air hole structure, and the foamed ceramic has the ecological material characteristics of heat preservation, heat insulation, durability, light weight, high strength and environmental protection. The composite wallboard with the four-reinforcement characteristic is formed by organically matching the reinforcement of a foaming ceramic plate slotting and bar planting structure, the reinforcement of a steel wire mesh fiber cement mortar structure on the inner side of the foaming ceramic plate, the reinforcement of a light steel keel structure on the periphery of the composite plate and the reinforcement of a decorative aluminum alloy plate structure on the outer side of the foaming ceramic plate.
