A rest cabin with a sliding rail type opening and closing door comprises a sliding glass door, a side plate supporting steel frame structure, a rest seat, a right side plate, a pedal plate, a rear plate, a left side plate, a handrail, a pedal plate supporting steel frame structure, a built-in handrail, a guide rail and a rear shell. The sliding power of the sliding glass door comes from the thrust of people to the handrail or the built-in handrail. When a person needs to enter the rest cabin, the armrest can be pushed from the outside to enable the sliding glass door to slide leftwards along the guide rail, the built-in armrest is pulled to close the sliding glass door after entering, then the person can have a rest on the rest seat, and the person can leave the rest cabin by pushing the built-in armrest to open the sliding glass door after the rest is finished. The requirements of people for rest facilities are met, the access space of people can be increased by adopting a sliding door opening and closing method, door opening and closing are simpler, and access of people is facilitated.
