The invention discloses a sliding type rail opening and closing turnout. The turnout comprises a sliding rail group (100), a sliding device (200) and a locking device (300), the sliding rail set (100) is fixed to the sliding device (200), the sliding device (200) drives the sliding rail group (100) to move so as to switch rails, and the locking device (300) is used for being connected with the sliding rail set (100) and can be kept fixed to a fixed rail (400); the sliding rail group (100) comprises two groups of rails, and each group of rails comprises two iron rails (1) which are arranged at intervals. The turnout can be suitable for running of an ultra-high-speed train with auxiliary wheels.
