Vehicle load controller for bridge
The invention discloses a vehicle load controller for a bridge. An existing speed locking device cannot dissipate earthquake energy and is damaged or withdrawn in a large earthquake. One end of the pressure-bearing cylinder is connected with a common cylinder, and the other end of the common cylinder is connected with a connector. Sealing structures are arranged at the two ends in the pressure-bearing cylinder body, and a closed cavity with internal pressure is formed in the pressure-bearing cylinder body; the closed cavity is divided into two chambers by the piston head, and the chambers are filled with silicone oil; the piston head is provided with a locking hole, and the two ends of the piston head communicate with the two cavities correspondingly. Two pressure change-over valves are respectively arranged at two ends of the piston head, and the connecting lines of the two pressure change-over valves are vertical; and the other end of the connecting rod penetrates through the piston head and is arranged in the common cylinder body. It is guaranteed that the connected structural blocks can freely deform under the temperature load, and rigidity locking is achieved on structural vibration caused by the vehicle load and the like; and after the earthquake occurs, the original function can be maintained without replacement of the device.
本发明公开了桥梁用车辆荷载控制器。现有速度锁定装置不能耗散地震能量,大震时破坏或退出。本发明包括承压缸,其一端与普通缸连接,普通缸体另一端与连接头连接;承压缸体内部两端设密封结构,承压缸内形成具有内压的密闭腔体;密闭腔体被活塞头隔离成两个腔室,腔室内填充硅油;活塞头上设有锁定孔,其两端分别与两个腔室连通;活塞头两端分别设置两个压力转换阀,两个压力转换阀的连线垂直;连杆一端连接连接头,另一端穿过活塞头,设于普通缸体内。本发明保证所连接结构块在温度荷载下可自由变形,对车辆荷载等引起的结构振动起到刚度锁定;在罕遇地震下仍可工作,地震发生后,不需更换即能保持原有的功能。
