Compared with the prior art, firstly, the self-locking screw lifting platform drives the bearing frame above to move up and down through the screw lifting frame, the height of the horizontal position of the steel pipe column and the height of the horizontal position of the tool column are adjusted, and perpendicularity adjustment during butt joint of the steel pipe column and the tool column can be rapidly completed; and secondly, the lead screw lifting frame is simple in structure and convenient to operate, use and popularize.
