The invention discloses a movable tumbling barrel concrete pouring construction method for a low-clearance underground structure, which comprises the following steps: providing a tumbling barrel assembly (1) and a pouring hose (2), the upper end of the tumbling barrel assembly is positioned at the top of the low-clearance underground structure, the lower end of the tumbling barrel assembly is connected with the upper end of the pouring hose, and the lower end of the pouring hose extends to a pouring position; a gantry crane (3) is provided, the tumbling barrel assembly is hooked on a main hook (31) of the gantry crane, and the tumbling barrel assembly moves through the gantry crane; a chute (4) is provided, the chute is movably arranged between a road (8) and a foundation pit of the low-clearance underground structure, the chute is obliquely arranged, and the lower end of the chute extends to a top opening of the tumbling barrel tail; and a pump truck (5) is provided, a discharge port of the pump truck is located at the upper end of the chute, and the pump truck runs on the road and moves synchronously with the tumbling barrel assembly and the chute. The concrete pouring requirement of the low-clearance underground structure with the limited high requirement can be met, and the pouring efficiency is improved on the basis that the pouring quality is guaranteed.
