The anti-segregation flexible tumbling cylinder comprises at least two tumbling cylinder units which are connected up and down, each tumbling cylinder unit comprises a cylinder body and a flange, the cylinder body is of a funnel-shaped structure which is made of a flexible rubber material and is round at the upper part and flat at the lower part, the cross section of the upper half part of the cylinder body is round, and the lower half part of the cylinder body is a flat mouth; the inner walls of the two opposite sides are attached to each other, the top opening of the cylinder is provided with an annular flange which is turned outwards by a certain width, the flange comprises an upper flange and a lower flange, the upper flange is pressed on the top face of the flange of the cylinder, the lower flange is arranged on the cylinder in a sleeving mode and abuts against the bottom face of the flange, and the upper flange and the lower flange are connected through a bolt and clamp and fix the flange; the flanges of the upper and lower tumbling cylinder units are connected through rigging or suspenders. According to the invention, concrete flows in a restrained state, and segregation is avoided.
