Construction method of double foundation pits with shared support piles
The invention discloses a double-foundation-pit construction method with a shared support pile, which greatly accelerates the excavation progress of earth near a subway position, saves the construction period, and avoids displacement of original structures such as an existing subway tunnel in a shallow foundation pit due to the fact that two sides of the shared support pile are excavated in the same layer. The bottom of the deep foundation pit is firstly pressed against the shared support pile by using the diaphragm wall and then is excavated, so that the construction safety is ensured; the mechanical and manual consumption is reduced; and no side pressure risk exists on the shared support pile, and ideal engineering quality is achieved. The construction method solves the problems that the construction period requirement cannot be met by adopting a traditional construction method for the double foundation pits with the shared supporting piles, and it is ensured that original structures in the foundation pits do not displace.
本发明公开了一种具有共用支护桩的双基坑施工方法,大幅度加快临地铁位置土方开挖进度,节省工期,且由于共用支护桩的两侧同分层开挖,避免浅基坑内的既有地铁隧道等原有构筑物发生位移,深基坑的底部利用地连墙先压抵于共用支护桩后,再开挖,确保施工安全;降低机械及人工消耗;对共用支护桩无任何侧压力风险,实现理想的工程质量。本发明解决了具有共用支护桩的双基坑的采用传统施工方法无法满足工期要求、并兼顾确保基坑内原有构筑物不发生位移的问题。
