The invention discloses a shared supporting system of adjacent foundation pits and a construction method, the shared supporting system is used for supporting a first foundation pit and a second foundation pit which are adjacent, and the shared supporting system comprises a first supporting structure used for supporting the first foundation pit and a second supporting structure used for supporting the second foundation pit, the first supporting structure comprises a first row of piles arranged along the side, close to the second foundation pit, of the first foundation pit. The second supporting structure is used for supporting the second foundation pit; the second supporting structure comprises a second row of piles which are arranged along one side, close to the first foundation pit, of the second foundation pit; the middle supporting structure comprises a force transmission plate strip connected between the top of the first row of piles and the top of the second row of piles and a waterproof curtain arranged at the bottom of the force transmission plate strip in a supported mode, and through the foundation pit supporting structure, the stable foundation pit supporting mode of a foundation pit is met, meanwhile, the construction period is shortened, and cost is saved.
