The invention relates to a prestressed high-strength steel strip self-tapping screw connected laminated wood splicing joint which comprises laminated wood beams spliced with each other, the end portion of the connecting end of each laminated wood beam extends to form a splicing portion, and the splicing portions of the two laminated wood beams are spliced together in an up-down overlapping mode to form a laminated wood beam splicing area; the connecting pieces penetrate through the mutually spliced laminated wood beams and are fixedly connected with the laminated wood beams; the high-strength steel belt is bent around the splicing area and penetrates through the lock catch to extend, a preset pretension force is applied to the high-strength steel belt, and the high-strength steel belt to which the pretension force is applied is fixed through the lock catch. The joint is simple in structure, convenient to install and reliable in force transmission, the self-tapping screws at different positions play roles in tensile shear resistance, tensile resistance and reinforcement respectively, the high-strength steel strips effectively limit development of cracks, and the bearing capacity and ductility of the joint are guaranteed.
